The resort is situated on 6.5 acres of land with some breathtaking views and amazing landscapes. The food is exceptionally good and the service is something you will remember for a long time. It was started in November 1997 when this place was discovered by its current owners and since then we have been catering & satisfying all our guests to the fullest as happiness and contention is what matter the most to us.

In Koyna there is a lot to do to start with there are some ambitious Govt. projects and to top the list there is Koyna Dam, Lake tapping projects, Pophali power house. These projects are masterpieces of engineering and an excellent example to the world.
